BRIAN ROSA
B. 1982, New Haven, CT, USA
I'm an American photographer and urban researcher based in Manchester, England, where I am a doctoral student in human geography at The University of Manchester. My visual and academic work deal with the intertwined themes of urban restructuring, political ecology, networked infrastructures and their technical artifacts in the built environment.
I have exhibited my photographic work extensively in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Mexico, and have experience as an urban planner, museum educator and curator.
This website is mainly focused on my art-practice, but I have also included some of my relevant work as a researcher, writer, and curator.
Please feel free to email me if you would like information on any of these projects, or if you are interested in purchasing an editioned, archival inkjet photographic print. I am also available for photographic commissions in the UK and Europe.
Thanks for checking it out!
